All we know how it have a chocomania…mmm…chocolate, chocopudding, chocobars, chococakes…
This my precious choco mini-cakes
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 1 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar – 1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
- Chocolate chopped – 1/4
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Pure vanilla extract – 2 tsp
- Coconut butter – 1/3 cup
- Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
Preparation:
Mix together cocoa powder, wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, pure vanilla extract, coconut butter and apple cider vinegar, then add baking soda (soda must be repaid in the lemon juice). Thoroughly whisk it all until smooth. Pour into your cake forms about 2/3 of the way full and add chopped chocolate. Bake 20-25 min in a preheated oven set at 180-190°c, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Wait and enjoy!
These choco mini-cakes taste so nice with a thyme black tea ∧∴∧
